Before you write
A couple of honest notes.
Messages land in my mom’s inbox first, because I am twelve and that is the deal. She passes them straight to me, so you are still talking to the person who makes the thing.
I usually answer within a couple of days. If it takes longer than that it is because of school, and I promise I am not ignoring you.
For custom pieces, the more you tell me up front the better the price and date I can give you. Pictures of what you are imagining help more than anything.
